Privacy Policy
Heist Planner is a puzzle game. We don't ask for your name, email, location or any account, and we don't sell personal information. This page explains the little data the game and its partners handle, and why.
Your game progress
Your progress (jobs, stars, hideout, diamonds and settings) is saved on your device only. We don't send it to our own servers. Deleting the app deletes it.
Purchases
In-app purchases and the Crew Pass subscription are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see your payment details or your Apple ID. The game only checks with your phone's App Store which items you own, so it can give them back on a new install.
Optional ads
You can choose to watch a short ad for a reward (for example, to finish a build sooner). Ads are provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising identifier (only if you allow tracking when iOS asks), your approximate location from your IP address, ad interactions, and diagnostic data. If you don't allow tracking, ads are still shown but aren't personalised. In the UK, the European Economic Area and other places that require it, the game asks for your consent first, and you can change your choice later. See how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Children
Heist Planner isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.
Your choices
- Turn off ad tracking at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- Manage or cancel the Crew Pass in your App Store account settings.
- Delete the app to remove your saved progress from your device.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
